PHILOSOPHY

Your needs are at the center of my work as your personal fitness trainer. Everybody has different goals he wants to reach and everybody has his own physical and sporting past.

After looking at your personal past, your actual condition and your goals, I will create your personal training plan.
Strengthen your body consciousness is one of my main tasks beside reaching the figure or the challenge you achieve.

Traing will be an important part of your life and not longer a burdensome obligation.

Personal training makes your life more effective and increases your independence, because we will train whenever you want and whereever you want.
With me you will no longer depend on opening hours or contract terms you only will be depend on me.
